I have been working with SpenglerFox for almost five years. As Office Manager I am the first point of contact and assistance between the Warsaw office and the outside world. I have been contributing to formulation, establishment, and execution of administrative and financial policies and procedures, concentrating mainly on financial reporting and credit control. In my dual role as Regional Office Management Lead I have worked in cross-office focus groups set up to introduce best practice standards across the SF network. Additionally I am responsible for induction and tutelage of any new Office Managers joining the Group.

Back in 2004 when I was a graduate looking for a job, I sent my application in response to one of Grafton Recruitment's  ads. I had my interview at Grafton and a few days later I was asked to replace the SpenglerFox Office Manager for one day. As I knew Grafton and SpenglerFox were sister companies, I was more than sure that it was a test that all candidates for administration roles need to pass prior to being presented to the client. Surprisingly I was offered the permanent SpenglerFox Office Manager position. It turned out that their Office Manager was appointed to a Research Consultant role. I accepted the offer on Friday, said good-bye to my wonderful student life over the weekend and started a new exciting chapter on Monday.

I graduated from Warsaw University with an MA in sociology (specialising in non-governmental organisations). My position in SpenglerFox was my first job, though  I had previously worked in fashion. As well as Polish I speak English and German .In my free time I try to relax actively in the gym. I have also taken up fencing recently.
 
I enjoy being a part of the SpenglerFox Team because of the diversity of my tasks, the changing environment, and the dynamic and ambitious colleagues I cooperate with. I am also happy with the commitment, appreciation, and recognition I get. I am grateful for the trust put in me and independence I was given by my managers,- this way I can develop and cope with new challenges every single day.

My proudest moment at SpenglerFox was when I was nominated for the Support Employee of the Year Award and invited to attend the Nominees Gala in Ireland.

My main challenge over the next year is to help coordinate invoicing and overall financial processes in our London and Paris offices. I hope that I will continue to grow with SpenglerFox. I also look forward to developing my cooperation with the Office Managers Team.
