I have been working with SpenglerFox Since July 2007. I was attracted to work at SpenglerFox because from the very first day I felt familiar with the company since it is global and European. I have always been motivated because the organisation has encouraged me to use my contacts and experiences in an effective manner. I was also attracted by the young and dynamic staff who are always ready for team work. I feel committed and 'inside' one hundred percent.

I started my carrer in the JTI- Turkey HR Department. My career preferences were also built on results of tests and analyses on my personal character and abilities which were perfectly suited to HR management. I found this period provided the perfect environment for developing my personal skills and following this I was involved in establishing MRI WW Turkey as a consultant partner.

Having experience in both the business and consulting sides really provided me with a  wider outlook and vision on HR. This  helped me to develop a professional approach which is key building business partnerships feeling with clients. I believe my curiousity and instinctive interest in research enables me to make a serious commitment to the organisations that I am involved in.
My proudest moment at SpenglerFox was probably last year when I developed business with a new account from the retail market that I believe has created a really significant relationship for SpenglerFox in the future and has delivered serious results in the present.  

This year it will be our challenge to stay credible and concrete despite the worldwide crisis and maintain our dynamic mood through these economic conditions. I think we will find opportunities in the Technology, Retail, FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries moving forward. On a personal level I’m looking forward to having more responsibility and increasing my contribution.
