I worked for SpenglerFox for a little over 2 years, based out of Prague and Moscow.  I was leading the Technology sector, and then later on the professional services sector.  The greatest thing about SpenglerFox and the Grafton Group is the focus on the team.  The management team was always focused on success, but realized that the best path to success was to have great people and to make sure that those people were happy and successful in what they were doing.

I have to admit that working in SpenglerFox was one of my best professional experiences to date. I can easily recall my recruitment interview with my previous boss that was nothing like a standard job interview. When I was offered the opportunity of joining SpenglerFox I did not consider it too long and just have followed my gut, I was thinking "it just suits me". As it turned out later this feeling was not based only on emotions but it was a really good professional move. While working within SpenglerFox one did not stick to routine, by  taking new projects both  internally and externally I have gained new skills and expertise. My managers both on the local and regional level taught me to convert challenges into opportunities. One of the strongest points of SpenglerFox as an Employer is the international approach that one can experience on a day to day basis. Cross border co-operation with my colleagues across Europe, the Middle East and Africa stimulated my professional and personal growth and enabled me to exchange know how with my colleagues around the globe.

Thanks to rich consulting experience coming from SpenglerFox I can easily explore and develop an advisory approach on the client side and move forward by expanding my responsibilities into Employer Branding. If I was considering moving back to the consultancy side, I would definitely wish to join SpenglerFox again.
