I spent 9 great years working for Unilever CZ/SK in various leadership positions. Back in 2007, SpenglerFox contacted me to consider a position of Nike GM for the Czech and Slovak markets. There are offers in life which one can hardly reject, hence I joined Nike in Prague. Needless to say that people in SpenglerFox were always very supportive and professional to both client and candidate. After more than a year in Prague, Nike transferred me to Dubai with the objective to set-up a new Nike Middle-East office. This assignment was very different from any previous one in my working life as the office had to be build, team hired, basic business contacts established. In such situations, people usually look for proven solutions. Hence, I contacted the local SpenglerFox office and was very pleased by approach of a small yet enthusiastic team in Dubai. They successfully identified and hired 2 out of 6 members of the Nike start-up management team thanks to their in-depth knowledge of the local market.

I have had a very special professional experience with Spengler Fox and a very  pleasant one, as well.
This is mainly due to Marius Precu’s power of persuasion, his excellent listening skills and his empathic attitude.An excellent communicator, he has shown me his respect and gently he guided me during  the entire process of selection.
He built trust in me and I count on his professional advice. Moreover, he approached  me with a very  diplomatic style giving  me space to make my own decision 

He is still in contact with me checking periodically if everything is moving well with my new job.
All of these make me to feel I was and still I am important for Spengler Fox and Marius, personally.

It is my pleasure to tell you a couple of words about my experience with SpenglerFox.
I was looking for a new job after my maternity leave. It is not an easy time as a lot of companies are a bit afraid to hire mothers with small children.
I received a very good reference on SpenglerFox and it was recommended to me as a highly-rated professional firm on the market. Our first contact was a meeting in their premises and I felt very comfortable talking to the people who showed their experience and professionalism. Respecting their recommendations, I was able to get a very attractive job - despite the crisis and my challenge of being a returning mother.  I would like to give my thanks to them as this was my best experience with a consulting company.
