Matthew Argent has been appointed Technology Practice Group Leader for Western Europe with SpenglerFox, the Executive Search and HR Consultancy firm.In his new role, Matthew will be responsible for the growth and management of SpenglerFox’s Technology practice in Western Europe and will be working directly with technology focused Venture Capital and Private Equity houses across the globe.

SpenglerFox has recently hired Mark Sharp as a Senior Consultant. He will be based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Sharp has over a decade of senior level executive search experience in the life science and healthcare industries.

The new UK country manager for search firm SpenglerFox is an alumnus of TV's The Apprentice. Ben Leary told Recruiter that his experience on the business-focused TV programme starring Sir Alan Sugar has "only helped" him progress in his career. "I've had a good 18 months to recover," he jokes.

SpenglerFox has appointed Ben Leary as UK country manager further following the promotion of Mark Soden to director Western Europe. Leary has more than 14 years of global executive search experience in the satellite, broadcast and telecoms industries. He joined from Column Associates which he founded in 2002.
