Manager's Experience

Nicolas joined SpenglerFox to lead the consumer practice team in Russia. Prior to this, Nicolas worked with the L'Oreal Group for over 10 years, mainly in Human Resources/ recruitment functions. During this time, Nicolas worked across a number on international projects including change management, sales and marketing across as the UK, Russia, France, Asia and Romania. Nicolas has also completed a number of projects in change management and organisations' reengineering in Russia (Sales force), France (costs killing in a direct sales company), Asia (closure of subsidiaries) and Romania (sales force).

Manager's Background

Nicolas holds a Masters Degree in Law and a Masters degree in Management / HR from Paris II Pantheon Assas - CIFFOP. In addition to his native French, Nicolas speaks English and communicative Russian and Spanish.
