Jens has been working in the recruitment industry since 1995 and has specialised in executive search. He has worked in a selection of industries and across various markets in CEE on mid- to senior level assignments.
Jens has lived in 5 countries and managed recruitment teams in multiple European locations. He has managed market-entry projects as well as facilitating the integration process following Mergers and Acquisitions.
Prior to joining SpenglerFox, Jens was a Director at Badenoch & Clark where he setup and established parts of their Continental European business.
