Michal has over 10 years of experience within Management Consultancy. Michal has worked in a multitude of industry sectors including the Consumer, Branded, Apparel, Luxury Goods, Retail, Real Estate and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to Executive Search, Michal worked with some of the world's largest FMCG organisations to address communication and cross-cultural issues arising from Mergers and Acquisitions and greenfield projects in new countries.
