Michal has over 10 years of experience within Management Consultancy. Michal has worked in a multitude of industry sectors including the Consumer, Branded, Apparel, Luxury Goods, Retail, Real Estate and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to Executive Search, Michal worked with some of the world's largest FMCG organisations to address communication and cross-cultural issues arising from Mergers and Acquisitions and greenfield projects in new countries.

Michal has an MA in English and has studied Japanese studies at the Charles University in Prague. In addition to his native Czech, Michal speaks fluent English and Bulgarian, and communicative German and Russian.
