Eric joined us in 2005. He has conducted more than 300 executive searches in France and Europe.

In his own words

Eric has 11 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. He started in 1997 with Michael Page International, in France (Tax & Legal, and Accounting & Finance roles) and in Poland. He then joined Mercier & Partners as Principal, where he gained experience in executive search. Eric has delivered consulting services to the utilities, pharmaceutical and oil and gas sectors.

Eric holds a Masters degree in Law (LL.M.) from McGill University (Canada) and Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne (D.E.A.). In addition to his native French, Eric speaks fluent English, German and basic Polish.

Cedric d’Halluin joined SpenglerFox in 2008 as Country Manager Russia. He is also responsible for developing SpenglerFox’s network of offices in the CIS (Ukraine and Kazakhstan).

Before joining SpenglerFox, Cedric worked for five years in the pharmaceutical industry, as Head of the Representative Office in Ukraine, then Regional Development Director in Russia, at IPSEN pharmaceuticals.
He recruited around 80 healthcare professionals for his teams in Finance, Sales, Marketing and General Management, for which he used a number of recruitment and executive search firms. As a result of this experience, Cedric always considers the assignment from the client's perspective.
Moreover, through his experience of operations, building and managing teams in CIS, Cedric has a deep understanding of the technical and human skills industry needs to thrive and grow.

After gaining an Arts degree from the University of Nantes, Cedric graduated from ESC La Rochelle Business School. He speaks French, English, Russian and Spanish.

Annie is the Practice Leader MEA for the Healthcare sector. Her clients include pharmaceutical, medical equipment and biotechnology companies, as well as hospitals, healthcare information systems providers and health insurance providers.

Annie has over ten years’ experience in marketing, recruitment and executive search for Healthcare, Real Estate, Hospitality, Information Technology, and Airlines businesses in Paris, London, Brussels, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Montreal, Kuwait and Dubai.

Her approach to executive search is consultative, striving to deliver the highest quality service levels consistently.

Annie has a degree in European Management from the Centre d'Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management in France.

She has dual French and Lebanese nationality and speaks fluent English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Armenian.

Mark joined SpenglerFox in 2011 and heads the Life Sciences practice.

Mark has over a decade of senior level executive search experience, exclusively in the life science and healthcare industries. He has worked on projects across the UK, continental Europe, and the United States.

During his career, Mark has successfully secured the appointments of a large number of senior executive and board directors into a diverse client base in the life science industry that includes Biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices and life science tools and service companies. For several of his clients Mark has build entire leadership teams, enabling ambitious growth and progress targets to be met.

During his early career, Mark worked as a Government Policy Scientist for the Food Standards Agency and was one of the founding analysts of the e-business consulting service, Web Site Scorecard at Giga Information Group.

Mark graduated from Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine, London with a B.Sc.(Hons) in Biochemistry that included a sabbatical research project in glycobiology at the Universite des Science et Technologies de Lille. He speaks excellent French.
