Lukas joined SpenglerFox MEA in Dubai in August 2005. He is currently heading the Industrial Practice, covering Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation, Utilities and Infrastructure.

His career began at Grafton Technologies in Prague, Czech Republic and after a relatively short time he was asked to join TMP Worldwide. From 2001-2005, he worked as a consultant in the IT/ Telco and Manufacturing sectors. Throughout this period Lukas partnered with several clients on a variety of positions, from senior management to engineering, across the CEE Region.

Lukas holds a Masters Engineering Degree from Czech Technical University (Building Engineering). He has also studied in Denmark (DTU Copenhagen) and Scotland (Heriot-Watt University). As well as his native Czech, he speaks fluent English, intermediate Dutch and Russian, and basic German.

Hasan joined SpenglerFox in 2003 as a Senior Consultant. With 12 years’ experience in the HR Consulting industry, Hasan specialises in Executive Search & Selection, Mass Recruitment, Assessment Centres and Outsourcing.

Starting his career in the advertising industry, Hasan moved to EPS Danışmanlık, a Human Resources consulting business, in 1996. Here he conducted more than 3,000 interviews with candidates at all levels and served a wide-ranging client portfolio.

In 1998 he joined SelectKRM as a consultant, where he was involved in numerous Search & Selection and mass recruitment projects, for local and global clients in industries including FMCG, Healthcare, Industry & Manufacturing and Logistics. He went on to a business development and operations role in SelectKRM’s Temporary & Permanent Staffing, Outsourcing and Teleresources business lines.

During this period he undertook various large-volume recruitment and assessment projects for FMCG and Healthcare clients, and local and international Call Centres.
