Based in Santiago. Iain established SpenglerFox in Chile in 2007 where he specialises principally in the mining sector. He is currently the Group Practice Leader for Mining in Latin America.

Iain has five years experience in recruitment in South America when in 2004 he joined Grafton Recruitment to launch a specialist Mining Search & Selection division after working 10 years in the mining industry in South America. Within a year, he was responsible responsible for expanding the service to include an additional branch in the North of Chile dedicated exclusively to mining industry. His strong hands-on knowledge and expertise of the Mining & Exploration industry has been fundamental to the immediate and continued success of this specialist service which has earned him global contracts with important multinationals.

Iain Graduated in Geology from Manchester University in 1993. He is a native English Speaker and speaks fluent Spanish
