Jacques de Jager is Country Manager for SpenglerFox Hungary and is the Regional Professional and Financial Services Practice Group Leader for Central and Eastern Europe, Greece and Turkey. Jacques has been part of the SpenglerFox team since April 2006.

Jacques is an experienced financial services professional with a track record of over twenty years' in international banking and has served in senior and executive banking positions in seven countries. Jacques uses his considerable knowledge and experience across all roles within these sectors. He speaks fluent Afrikaans and English, has a good grasp of Dutch, and speaks basic German and Hungarian. Since working with SpenglerFox, Jacques has successfully completed several assignments with our blue-chip clients across CEE.

Jacques is a member of Toastmasters International and an experienced public speaker.

Tel Rashid is the Regional Manager for SpenglerFox in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Having joined the Group in 2004 from Dubai, Tel currently leads one of the most highly effective operations within the group. His areas of expertise include Project Management, Executive Assessment, Start-up Strategy, New Market Entry and Employment Law.

Tel has more than 12 years’ experience in Executive Search. Before joining the SpenglerFox network he conducted worldwide Executive Search assignments for a broad portfolio of clients, from VC-backed start-ups to established MNCs, in a range of sectors including Banking & Finance; Telecommunications; Engineering (Energy, Civil and Infrastructure); and Retail.

He has successfully sourced, attracted and placed CEOs, VPs and Directors at Global, EMEA, Regional and Country level. Tel has vast experience in all aspects of Talent Management, Retention, Executive Recruiting, Succession Planning and Executive Resource Planning.
