Talent On The Move
Talent On The Move service enables our key partners to engage in dialogue directly with the top talent as they may be critical in taking your business forward on a permanent or interim basis. We are committed to developing this exclusive pool of talent to allow you immediate access as and when needs occur in your organisation. Placement fee will be charged ONLY in the event of a hire or interim placement. There is no engagement fee, in contrast to our executive search service.
QuickLook is the process by which we search our existing candidate base or network to identify currently active candidates very quickly based on the client's requirements. SpenglerFox do not undertake headhunting or engagein direct search methodology for a QuickLook assignment. With basic interviewing of these active candidates, we present a maximum of 3 candidates to the client within a 10 day timeline. Clients are not obliged to hire or pay any fee to SpenglerFox. The fee will be payable only upon the agreement of employment between the client and the candidate.
