Given the track-record SpenglerFox has in Cross Border Executive Searches and the high interest our clients have for international growth, we chose to focus on Talent Migration and Cross Cultural Awareness in this first issue. For most people, the decision to leave their current company for a new employer and a new opportunity is a big step. When this new role is in a new country that requires relocation, yet another dimension is added. Many professionals today welcome this motivating and exciting chance to develop but there are of course things to think about whilst preparing for this change. 

We have reached out to a client with extensive experience of managing relocation processes to get their insight as well as speaking with some of the candidates that relocated as being part of Executive Searches with us. 

We have also shared 2 Case Studies, a tailor made Market Intelligence exercise conducted for one of our international clients during a time when they considered the best way to enter the North African market and a Cultural Awareness exercise conducted for an international client of ours who was in the process of relocating one of its executives from an affiliate in Western Europe to China.
