How Exercise Effects Performance

“Exercise that doesn’t elicit an emotional response is only moving the body and not the person.” – Dr Chris Beedle

Damien Stork, Founder of Chamonix Hard Cross, talks about exercise and how this effects performance / basic errors.

How you exercise should be completely subjective and dependant on lifestyle and goals. However many people take a broad brush to exercise and stick to what they know, or even worse see a trainer who trains the body and not the person. A personal trainer might be training you for a marathon, but not be aware of your sleep patterns, or even worse not know how they impact each other.
