HR Community: Best Practice – 10th June 2020
Our 4th HR Community Best practice webinar was focused on current challenges inside organisations. Is it a mere BOUNCE BACK that we want to achieve or rather BOUNCE FORWARD as we aim at enhancing our previous situation and use the crisis for establishing some new norm? We discussed the notions of uncertainty, authenticity & personal commitment in the current environment & how these could influence engagement in the company. Our next topic would be purely focused on ENGAGEMENT – is it higher or is it lower – and what to do about it.
