SpenglerFox appoints Peter Rusz as Senior Principal, Outsourcing Solutions
SpenglerFox is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Rusz as Senior Principal.
Peter is based in our Prague office and will work closely with our global leadership team to support and grow our Outsourcing Solutions portfolio and delivery capabilities across EMEA. Peter brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition in corporate functional transformations across the EMEA and APAC regions, as well as in Search Firms delivering high calibre talent.
“We are delighted to announce our latest addition to the team. Peter has been an excellent contact both at Honeywell in India and MEA, so we stayed in touch during his move to Europe too. We are really excited to bring on board a professional who could bridge the experience from inside of the talent acquisition departments and enrich our knowledge about latest trends in outsourcing. This would surely leverage our competences in the fast-changing business environment out there,” said Michal Vajskebr, Head of Commercial Excellence.
Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Peter worked as Talent & Diversity Director for Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where he was responsible for transformation of the talent function spanning talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, people brand and Inclusion & Diversity.
Before Molson Coors he held several roles at Honeywell with increasing responsibilities such as Staffing Leader for North-Eastern Europe, managing In-house and Outsourcing Solutions, Staffing Director for India based in Gurgaon leading Outsourcing transformation of the second largest staffing operations, and EMEA Staffing Programs Leader to manage and deliver core improvement programs across EMEA with focus on new M&A integrations.
Peter holds an MBA in HR Management from the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified, demonstrates Living Leadership, and operates by User Experience Design principles.
