Our annual summer mixer which was held in Prague last week was not just a great success but the take-aways from the discussions and presentations about THE FUTURE OF WORK were very insightful.

Technology is helping us in many ways, such as living more comfortable lives and enabling us in ways we never imagined in the past. In all this, whether from a personal or business perspective, the one human trait that stands out and what will determine how we adapt to and use technology, is curiosity. Our guest speakers also shared some of the paradigm shifts in corporate culture and employee motivation over the last couple of months, the power of collective work, and how virtual collaboration and “work from anywhere” has shaped and will continue to shape the future of work.
