Talent Acquisition Associate (Budapest)

Our agile and competent team in Budapest is looking for a dynamic, open-minded person, who enjoys engaging and interacting with mid and senior level executives, wishes to be a part of a global team, and working on international talent sourcing assignments.

If your answers are yes, we need you! 

On a daily basis you will:

  • Partner with Consultants to initiate search strategies to identify professional talents for specific client mandates.
  • Participate on intake and follow-up calls with Clients.
  • Identify and look for the best available talents on the given market.
  • Conduct research activities such as target list creation, long list creation, approaching candidates, telephone screening, assessing potential candidates, make interview arrangements, etc.
  • Provide market or sector specific insights & trends.
  • Engage with key market players, develop, and maintain strong, positive relationships with candidates up to project completion and beyond.
  • Prepare accurate and on-time reports for open assignments (create progress reports, candidate profiles, etc.)

If you have…

  • A higher education qualification preferably in Economics or Human Resources Management,
  • Fluency in English or any other European languages would be an advantage,
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience preferably within an international environment,
  • A proven track-record of being a creative problem-solver with ability to think beyond standard tools and solutions,
