Grzegorz Glanowski

Current Role

Grzegorz is currently a Research Consultant at SpenglerFox Dubai. His main responsibilities include but are not limited to managing search and selection process for multinational and local companies with a main focus on Industrial & Manufacturing Sectors and primarily for managerial and directorial positions.

Experience

Having been previously employed at Korn Ferry, Grzegorz has also gained experience in RPO business model. It has been an opportunity for a  progressive  growth in the areas such as end-to-end recruitment process within particular unit, interviewing candidates – pre-screens and competency-based interviews, building strong relationships with senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements, create sourcing strategies and discuss relevant recruitment sourcing channels with hiring managers, utilise all available direct sourcing tools (job boards, talent pools, network) to ensure a quality candidate pipeline, pro-active sourcing of candidates and build candidate talent pools as well as create and manage talent communities.

Qualifications

As for the educational background, Grzegorz has graduated from Applied Linguistics and Pedagogy. His current function is a great field to apply both his language skills as well as psychological knowledge gained.​
