Global Service Group Leader - Human Capital Solutions

Current Role

Mary serves as Global Service Group Leader for Human Capital Solutions and is an Equity Partner at SpenglerFox.  Mary also oversees SpenglerFox consultant teams in South-Eastern Europe; managing business activities and teams in Greece, Romania,  Bulgaria and Serbia.

Experience

Mary has more than 20 years’ experience working in managerial roles for international organizations. Prior to joining the team at SpenglerFox, she

worked in management functions at companies like Procter & Gamble and Mars Inc.  She then decided to pursue a career in executive recruitment and human resource consulting , serving several years as a Director of an international management consulting company.  She first joined SpenglerFox as its Country Manager for Greece and later took on the responsibility of the broader South Eastern Europe Region.  As of January 2014 she has undertaken the role of Global Practice Group Leader for Human Capital Solutions Services.   Her areas of expertise include executive recruitment, leadership  assessment and development and executive career counseling.  Mary has managed more than 800 recruitment projects for middle and top management positions for a broad spectrum of clients.  She has also managed numerous Career Transition Programs as well as Leadership Assessment and Development projects.

Qualifications

Mary has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a specialization in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She holds an MBA degree from University of La Verne in California, USA. Mary is a certified assessor for Saville Consulting psychometric tests as well as the A&DC competency-based assessment methodology.

During my career I have often remembered a quote a teacher shared with me many years ago “Extraordinary people don’t always do extraordinary things they do ordinary things extraordinarily well."
