Current Role

Peter is currently SpenglerFox’s Head of Global Alliance.  He serves as the company’s ambassador to US-based decision-makers and brings SpenglerFox-designed talent management solutions right to their doorstep.  His work also consists of networking activities, building relationships with the company’s existing clients and keeping in touch with past or former clients.  Peter is always on the lookout for customer needs, ready to bring support across the globe by putting together the right teams that will deliver a value adding role on the relevant and local market. 

Experience

Peter has worked in the executive search industry since 2000 and has been with SpenglerFox since 2005. In addition to his executive management duties at SpenglerFox, he also serves in the company’s Life Science and Renewable Energy practice groups. Prior to joining the SpenglerFox team, he worked at a range of companies including Wrightson Ltd. (executive search); Multi Graph Ltd. (Life Science, Banking and Finance, Industry and Manufacturing); and Kristensen Ltd. (food and beverage).

Qualifications

Peter studied Hotel Management in Switzerland at the Geneva/Lausanne Hotel Management School. He holds an MBA degree from Open University with major in Knowledge- and Change -Management.

Career Challenges

Peter oversaw the set-up, development and operations of SpenglerFox Hungary from the ground up.  He helped the company reach a top 3 ranking among all Executive Search companies in Hungary within 4 to 5 years.  He helped launch SpenglerFox’s Nordics offices in a similar fashion.  He also took on the challenge of boosting SpenglerFox’s global market coverage by working as Chief Partnership Officer to set up a global affiliate network.

Motivation

Peter subscribes to philosophies of endurance and playing the long game. His personal mottos can be summarized as “don’t give up”, “impossible doesn’t exist” and “treat customers with the degree of respect you yourself would expect from a business relationship.” He cites James Kilbane, founder of the Grafton Employment Group, and Steve Jobs, founder of Apple, as his professional role-models.
