Current Role

Xenia currently serves as a Practice Group Leader – Life Sciences and is responsible for leading the search strategy development, delivery of projects, managing the relationship with existing clients and running business development initiatives. She works out of SpenglerFox’s offices in Frankfurt, Germany.

Experience

Xenia has worked in the executive search and the recruiting industry since 2008. Her core business experience is in the life science sector with the focus on positions in pharmaceutical companies and the biotechnology. Xenia’s functional expertise varies in Clinical Research, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Control and Commercial assignments. Prior to becoming a member of SpenglerFox in 2015, she worked as a Lead Consultant and Branch Manager at Kelly Scientific Resources.

Qualifications

Xenia graduated from the University of Applied Science Fresenius in Idstein, Germany with a Dipl.-Ing. Chemistry focused on pharmaceutical analysis and marketing and management.
