Dorottya serves as an Associate and she is responsible for the co-creation of search strategy development, conducting market research, approaching, identifying, and screening candidates, as well as candidate care. She works out of SpenglerFox’ office in Budapest, Hungary.
Prior to joining SpenglerFox, Dorottya worked as HR Manager at LPP Hungary where she was responsible for supporting all Hungarian LPP with recruitment processes, training and development, and supporting all employees with labour law related questions.
