Head of Compliance

• Current Role

  Isabella currently serves as Head of Compliance and is responsible for all legal, compliance and GDPR matters of the SpenglerFox Group. She works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Warsaw, Poland.

• Experience

  Isabella joined SpenglerFox in 2019. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Isabella worked as an attorney-in-law in a Viennese law firm and was admitted to the Vienna bar association. In 2010 she moved to Warsaw, were she started her own law firm. In 2015 a former colleague gave her the opportunity to become acquainted with the world of recruitment. She cooperated with him recruiting medical doctors in Poland for hospitals and clinics in the DACH region and in Scandinavia. In April 2018 she accepted the offer from Korn Ferry to join their RPO team. There, she supported the Novartis account on the German, Austrian and Swiss market. Since January 2019 she is taking care of legal and compliance matters within the SpenglerFox Group.

• Qualifications

  Isabella holds a Master’s in Law (LL.M) from the law faculty of the University of Vienna, Austria.
