  Jana currently serves as Senior Principal in the SpenglerFox Leadership Advisory business unit. She is responsible for the growth of this service by consulting current client’s needs and creating solutions to support the client during different stages of their business cycle.

• Experience

  Jana is a professional HCS & Business Consultant, Co-Active® coach, a facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in the world of international business, supplier and vendor management, leadership, HR management, and training.

  Her professional curriculum conveys a successful career path: with the background in a category, operations and purchasing management, she then moved forward to leadership roles in multinationals companies. Jana comes with considerable knowledge of retail business and chain operations. With all her experiences from top management and entrepreneurial mindset, she brings the added value to leaders on their leadership paths.

• Qualifications

  Jana holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Anglo-American University in Prague, Czech Republic and a Diploma of Commerce, Business Administration and Management from Martin College in Sydney, Australia. In addition, she is an ICF accredited coach, working with a CTI background Co–active® coaching methodology and applies fitting tools/techniques for the topic of the individuals as well as teams.
