  Mantalena currently serves as Principal and a member of our Financial Services and Digitization & Technology Practice Groups. Mantalena works out of SpenglerFox’ office in Athens, Greece.

• Experience

  Mantalena joined SpenglerFox in 2021. She has more than 20 years of professional experience.  Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, she worked as Learning & Development Manager at Eurobank where she was responsible for Group Central Units and Subsidiaries as well as Project Manager for two Academies. She has also worked as Organisation and People Development Assistant Manager, responsible for several projects related to development, people experience, selection and internal communication. Before joining Eurobank Mantalena worked at Citi in different managerial roles in Retail and Consumer Banking.

• Qualifications

  Mantalena holds a MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens, Greece. She also holds a Bachelor in Law from the University in Athens. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator and mentor, and is about to be certified as a corporate coach.
