Moritz currently serves as Senior Principal and is advising clients on a diverse range of talent strategies tailored to attracting, developing and retaining executive talent in line with strategic business objectives. Moritz works out of SpenglerFox’s office in Vancouver, Canada.
Moritz joined SpenglerFox in 2020. Prior to becoming a member of the SpenglerFox team, Moritz worked as an Associate at Korn Ferry, where he was a member of the Firm’s Global Mining Practice, and broader Industrial and Technology Group.
Moritz holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Steinbeis University in Berlin, Germany. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Change Management from the Cooperative State University in Bad Mergentheim, Germany. Moritz is a well-experienced public speaker in business and sports-related topics.
