• Current Role

  Noemi currently serves as Principal and is responsible for client services & satisfaction, project delivery, project quality control and business development across the Telecommunication and Consumer sectors. She is also a member of our Leadership Advisory Practice. Noemi is based in Budapest, Hungary.

• Experience

  Prior to joining SpenglerFox, she was managing an OD&D boutique consultancy. She delivered numerous leadership and organizational development programs and took part in 360-degree assessments.

  Her professional curriculum conveys a successful career path with a background in executive search, HR management and consultancy in organizational design & development.

  As a Head of HR, she was responsible for building the HR department of a Hungarian-based lighting company with affiliates in the CEE region. Prior to joining the Group, she worked for Korn/Ferry International as a Research Associate, where she was responsible for several executive search projects. During her years, she specialized in recruitment for general management and commercial roles focusing on the CEE region.

• Qualifications

  Noemi holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Budapest Business School, Hungary. She also holds a Bachelor in Tourism and Catering from Budapest Business School.

  Noemi is a certified OCI®, OEI®, LSITM and GSITM consultant with proven experience in executive search, organizational development, and HR management.

  Noémi speaks English, Hungarian and Spanish.
