360 Degree Feedback

360 Degree feedback enables leaders to receive a comprehensive understanding of how they are perceived by their manager, peers and subordinates.

The feedback, engaging up to 20 respondents, is managed online through our platform. Followed by individual debriefing, the 360 Degree Feedback challenges leaders to accept that they are not seen exactly as they think they are. It grows self-awareness and triggers corrective action. This tool is probably one of the most impactful ways to develop leadership and efficient communication of senior executives.
